This update is based on the GPL Today update. You have to download the GPL Today update first to have all files you need for this update.
Then copy my files into the "silver" folder.

Important note: Version 2.0 needs the v2 rasterizer from Nigel Pattinson! Please do not install it if you don't have this new rasterizer!
